- Atrevida Beer Company is the first Latin-owned brewery in Colorado ran by a female Head Brewer. Diversity is on tap!
- The Warehouse Restaurant prepares interesting and unique dishes using only the freshest ingredients and local, in season products as Chef James Africano combines his experience with game meats, New Mexican flavors and good old-fashioned home cooking to prepare flavorful meals.
Retail, Entertainment & Recreation
- Fiestas Patrias Colorado is an annual family festival in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs, bringing people from diverse Hispanic origins to create a cultural fusion. This full-day event in September showcases live music & dancing, Mexican wrestling, vendor booths and plenty of food.
