As a local, some of my favorite casual spots to eat are Luchal's, Dos Dos, Zocalo, Norbu's Himalayan Hut, and Mactory Gourmet Mac N Cheese. All in all, Colorado Springs combines adventure, beauty, and tasty food for an unforgettable elopement experience.

Many believe that eloping means sacrificing a beautiful and meaningful ceremony, but in reality, elopements can be incredibly personal and stunningly scenic. Another misconception is that eloping is a last-minute or hasty decision; however, many couples plan their elopements meticulously, incorporating special touches and personalized elements. Finally, some think that eloping is a way to avoid celebrating with loved ones, but couples can still involve friends and family through live streaming or by hosting a post-elopement celebration.
