Cheyenne Mountain State Park
Overview
Located in southern Colorado Springs, off Highway 115, Cheyenne Mountain State Park offers a location that's easy to get to but one that makes you feel like you're miles away from the big city.
The park offers four event facilities including two meeting rooms, a pavilion and an amphitheater. All facilities are well maintained and offer your guests an exceptional experience.
The Prairie Skipper Group Picnic Pavilion offers stunning views and can accommodate groups up to 200 people - a perfect choice for a group event. Rental of the area entitles the renter exclusive use of the picnic pavilion, comfort station, playground, and the parking area on the day of the reservation. Horseshoe pits and charcoal grills are on-site, with horseshoe rentals available for $5.00/day
The Prairie Falcon Amphitheater, a beautiful outdoor amphitheather, features theater-style rock step seating and can hold around 160 people. Limited parking available.
Visitor Center Meeting Room, located at the Trail's End Visitor Center, offers guests stunning views of Cheyenne Mountain from inside the room, or from the adjacent outdoor patio and courtyard. Accomodating up to 50 people, and featuring interpretive nature displays.
The Camper Services Meeting Room features interpretive historical displays of the working JL Ranch, its' family, and of the neighboring military presence. Accomodating up to 50 people. Limited parking available.
The meeting rooms offer the use of tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment, if needed. Rates vary by venue; please call for pricing and availability.
