Memorial Park

Memorial Park in Colorado Springs is a multi-use park that features multiple baseball fields, tennis courts, an aquatic center, the a bicycle velodrome, an ice skating center, basketball courts, sand volleyball and many multi-use sports fields. There are also playground and picnic areas that can be reserved for groups.

Prospect Lake sits at the center of Memorial Park and has 1.25-mile Prospect Lake Fitness Trail around it used for jogging and biking. Fishing, boating and swimming are allowed on Prospect Lake with the correct licenses issued by the City of Colorado Springs. Please note there will be construction taking place at the Beach House adjacent to the lake. During the construction period, the Beach House and beach/swimming area will be closed. You will still have access to the lake and can continue to rent boats and equipment throughout the summer. Construction is slated to be completed by Spring 2021.

Memorial Park Skate Park is Colorado's second largest skate park at 40,000 square feet. It's competition-size skate area has features for inline skaters, skateboarders and BMX bikers and it's completely FREE to the public.
