Oskar Blues is thrilled to announce the expansion of our fooderies group with a new location in the heart of Colorado Springs.

Embracing the historic masonry building, dating back to 1897, the four-story hot spot is centrally located in Colorado Springs’ business district. Already having locations in Longmont, Denver, and of course the original in Lyons, Oskar Blues is stoked to call Colorado Springs home. This Grill & Brew location will bring the heart and soul of Oskar Blues to the Springs with our dedication to craft beer, fresh ingredients, family, friends and live music.

We are excited that this location will house the most taps out of any other Oskar Blues, with 48 taps of craft beer available from all over the U.S.

Plus, our expansive menu features family-sized portions of smoked pork, brisket, ribs and wings, mouth-watering burgers made from Colorado Proud locally sourced and spent grain fed beef, fresh salads and sandwiches, and more appetizers than you can shake a stick at!

Don’t even think we forgot about the music. Like all of our locations, we love rockin’ out to live music just as much as you do! That is why Oskar Blues Colorado Springs will feature amazing live music. Everything from blues, folk, rock, and Americana to funk, bluegrass, roots and country.
