The Rainbow Gulch Trail is a trail that begins just outside of Rampart Reservoir and proceeds to the Reservoir through wooded forests. When you reach the reservoir, you can return back to the trailhead or continue on the trail around the Reservoir for a great exhilarating ride or hike.
Trailhead Directions:
Travel west on Highway 24 for 17 miles to Woodland Park. Turn right onto Baldwin Street (at McDonald’s). Proceed along Baldwin Street about 3 miles to Loy Creek Road. Turn right and proceed 1.5 miles to the intersection with Rampart Range Road. Turn right onto Rampart Range Road. Proceed 2.3 miles to the parking lot on your left.
