ACCESSIBILITY INFO:<br /> The Royal Gorge Route Railroad depot is accessible with accessible bathrooms as well. However, the train is from the 1950s and with it begin as historically correct as possible, it has limited accessibility. The railroad can accommodate lifts for those experiencing mobility challenges and in wheelchairs onto the train for the Deluxe and Coach class of service. The Vista Dome is not available for wheelchairs and not suggested for those experiencing mobility challenges. Wheelchairs need to measure at 24 inches at the widest area to go through the doorways on the train. If the team is notified of hearing impairments before the trip, they can print off a booklet for historical information. There are handicapped parking spots and ramps around the depot.
