The UTE Restaurant

The UTE is a family-friendly restaurant located inside CityROCK Climbing Gym. We are open to all ages and offer an outstanding rotating beer selection to keep the offerings fresh and provide new options for our guests. Our dinner menu is fresh, healthy, made to order and our menu options change monthly to incorporate seasonal favorites and new creations.

Our name honors the original UTE 70 Theater which the building was built to house and whose original marquee sign hangs in our restaurant lobby. The original theater closed in 1991 and then became an antique gallery for a brief period. In 2009 CityROCK opened its doors and the UTE opened in 2015. The pub area is located where the old concessions area of the theater once stood.

Looking for a venue for your next event? We have a full-service dining area that seats up to 50, a fully enclosed patio area that can be rented with the dining room and a private event room for up to 15 guests. Business meetings, corporate events, bridal parties, baby showers, and birthdays, are just a few occasions we can host in our space.

The UTE’s regular business hours are 4:00pm-10:00pm Tuesday-Friday and 2:00pm-9:00pm on Saturdays. Group reservations can be scheduled outside of normal business hours to accommodate your needs. We can tailor your event menu to meet most dietary restrictions. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten reduced and allergy friendly options to make sure everyone has a meal they will enjoy. We are happy to collaborate with you to build a menu that will fit the needs of your specific group. We believe healthy food can also taste amazing!
