With spring fed ponds, grassy fields, one-hundred year old apple orchard, and a breathtaking views of the front range on 27 acres of land, the WMMI campus is sure to make your event an unforgettable experience. Conveniently located just off of I-25, the property is very accessible. There is ample parking throughout. Add your own flare--choose decorations, catering and music to meet your needs.

This historic site was once the Reynolds Family Ranch, providing various rental opportunities depending on your requirements:

*The newly renovated Red Hay Barn makes an excellent area for a rustic wedding, graduation party or team celebration.

*Family reunions or organizations can use the open fields, picnic tables and our large EVENT TENT as the start to making great memories.

*Small meetings or lectures can be held in the museum's Research Library. Want to gather and show a film? Try the museum's theater. Or take advantage of the industrial/art-deco feeling of our lobby to have guests come and go as they are surrounded by powerful engines and our authentic Whiskey-Saloon Bar.
