Event Summary
Step into the luminous energy of the Pink Full Moon and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative sound bath within our tranquil studio. The Pink Moon, a full moon that symbolizes renewal, growth, and the blossoming of new intentions, offers a sacred moment to release the old and welcome fresh possibilities.
This full moon's energy is known for amplifying emotions, illuminating hidden desires, and bringing clarity to our thoughts and intentions. It invites us to surrender what no longer serves us and embrace transformation. Our sound bath aligns with this powerful lunar phase, weaving together sound and energy to create a deeply immersive healing experience.
As you relax in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, handpans, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be gently guided into a heightened state of awareness. The vibrations help facilitate emotional release, introspection, and profound inner peace, allowing you to attune to the Pink Moon’s nurturing and expansive energy.
What Is A Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where people are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various overtone-emitting instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. During a sound bath, people lie down and listen to resonant sounds, allowing their brain waves to slow and shift from a more active state to a more relaxed or dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, explore self-inquiry and self-discovery, and help people let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries. A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.
Our sound baths may include the following instruments: over 70 Crystal Singing Bowls & Tibetan Singing Bowls (including 5 sets of Chakra Tuned Singing Bowls), Crystal Quartzophone Harp, Zaphir Chimes, Bar Chimes, Flutes, Rain Stick, Buffalo Drum, Ocean Drum, Steel Tongue Drum, Handpans, Kalimba, Tingshas and other traditional instruments from around the world.
