Manitou Springs, CO - Get ready for a morning of fun, fitness, and community celebration at the 2nd annual Manitou 5K Run and Walk.

This 5K isn’t just a race—it’s a community celebration! Organized by Manitou Springs High School Cross Country team, it brings running to the community!

Why It Matters:

The Manitou 5K offers a chance to get active, support local schools, and enjoy the best of Manitou Springs. All proceeds will benefit Manitou Springs School District, directly impacting our students. This event also showcases the power of community collaboration, involving local businesses, the city, and individual contributors like graphic design artist Maria Navaratne, who created the event's banner, flyers, and medals.

“We’re excited to bring the community together for a day of fun and fitness,” said Cassandra Bresnahan, Manitou 5K organizer. “This race is about celebrating everything that makes Manitou Springs special—our people, our environment, and our vibrant local culture.”
