Fall 2024 Ormao Dance Company small works dance concert is set within the small and seemingly insignificant moments that have large impacts—our relationships to others, the world, and importantly ourselves. We explore intimacy as a conduit for bigger conversations around feeling small, lost, and detached. This proximity paves way for audiences to experience the beauty of dance, the breath and power of the movement, and the feelings of each masterfully crafted piece. How do we stand tall again? How might we bring each other up? Witness the magic of small moments explored through movement!

Prior to the performance, enjoy Jane Rigler’s flute composition —creating a quiet, fragile, yet powerful environment inviting you to slow down, imagine, reflect, and wonder about the small worlds surrounding us!
