The 33rd annual Salute to Veterans Rally and the 37th annual POW/MIA Recognition Ride
Come and get your FREE Red Friday T-shirt on Friday at 10:00AM in Memorial Park. Limit one shirt per person. You can purchase more for $12 each.
The Saturday POW/MIA Remembrance Ceremony is the centerpiece of the event and is not to be missed. In Memorial Park in central Woodland Park, with emotion running high, this ceremony will make you proud to be an American.
The 37th Annual POW/MIA Recognition Ride will stage at the Woodland Park High School Saturday morning, with the police escorted procession rolling up to Cripple Creek via Highways 24 and 67.
The annual Ride is billed as “Colorado’s largest procession of motorcycles.” This will mark the 11th birthday of the designated POW-MIA Memorial Highway.
Riders are then encouraged to return to Woodland Park for the ceremony.
Veterans Rally attendees can expect many of the usual traditions including the awesome vendor show, live music, beer garden and amazing guest speakers.
The 2024 Veterans Rally free concert features the US Army “Mile High” rock band, and other acts in the Beer Garden, in Memorial Park.
