Keith Simon, radio host at KCME, will ask Peggy questions that illuminate more of her life as an opera singer, pianist, and wife to Clarence, a Tuskegee Airman-turned-artist. Together, Peggy and Clarence created the Shivers Fund and African-American Historical Collection housed at the Pikes Peak Library District.
