'The Copper Cup' by Soren Narnia
November 22, 2024 5:00 PM –6:00 PM
Event Summary
While juggling her father’s sudden illness as well as her work giving tours of her childhood home (where a series of grisly murders occurred in the 19th century), a woman is forced to delve into the fog of her own memories when she finds that nobody else remembers someone from her childhood that she had thought was her uncle. This thoughtful and foreboding horror tale by previous Counterweight favorite Soren Narnia is adapted for the stage for the first time here. Intimate and unsettling, The Copper Cup tells a story of family, fear, and how well we can trust our own memories.
Performed at and in partnership with Boucher Art & Stage.
