This is unique and new presentation of wines that are not in our typical Whistle Pig University style. Indulge in a wonderful selection of wines by Colterris, and cheeses expertly paired by our team. Wine connoisseur or cheese lover, this event promises to tantalize your taste buds and deliver a fun experience to share with friends.

Shelley Bailey, Sommelier and regional rep from Colterris will enlighten us with the history and dream of Colterris. She will pour 2 whites and 4 reds that were hand selected by Whistle Pig's Sandi and Rob, and our guide for the evening, Shelley. We have a selection of amazingly approachable and delicious Colorado wines for you to try that are paired with cheeses from around the world. Chef Dani has prepared a special palate cleanser to transition you from the white wine tastings to red. Just a touch of something extra using another of Colterris's surprising wines.

You'll be welcomed with a unique glass of Plum Creek Heritage wine specially prepared by Whistle Pig Brewer Rob to provide a one of a kind experience. This bright and crisp wine will sparkle on your tongue setting your palate for the additional tastings to come.
