Lee joined Visit Colorado Springs in November 2024. He has extensive experience in hospitality sales in Colorado Springs, having worked as the Director of National Accounts at Hotel Polaris during their pre-opening phase. He has also worked at Colorado Springs Switchbacks as the Director of Sales, Catering & Events, Garden of the Gods Resort and Club as the Director of Sales, Flying Horse Resort and Club as the Director of Sales and Marketing and Cheyenne Mountain Resort as the Director of Group Sales. He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

When he retired, her family put down roots in Colorado Springs after falling in love with the destination and all the wonderful things it has to offer.
